Booking and Payment

Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel a consultation with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded. If we need to cancel or reschedule a consultation for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Due to the nature of educational and consultation services, refunds are not provided for completed consultations.
